Kelleher Associates offers four standard levels of Career Transition Program Levels:
1. Senior Executive Program
Entitles the individual to full executive level service up to one year including:
- Assessment
- Setting career objectives
- Design and production of resume
- Job search strategies
- Interviewing techniques
- Negotiation skills
- Research assistance/business library
- Periodic use of a private office
- Full use of office support
2. Executive Program
Entitles the individual to full one-on-one service for a term of up to one year, including:
- Assessment
- Setting career objectives
- Design and production of resume
- Job search strategies
- Interviewing techniques
- Negotiation skills
- Access to research library/internet
- Full use of office support
3. Professional/Managerial Program
Entitles the individual to counseling and time-limited office support. Typically 3 to 6 months, including:
- Assessment
- Setting career objectives
- Design and production of resume
- Job search strategies
- Interviewing techniques
- Negotiation skills
- Access to internet/library resources
- Selective office support
4. Group Program - Two Days
Two-day career transition workshop (up to 12 individuals) that covers the following topics:
- Assessment/job objectives
- Job search strategies
- Resume/cover letter preparation
- Interview training
