Kim Rainey recently became the Vice President of Marketing and Director of Strategic Marketing Programs for PNC Advisors, a Wealth Management Division of the PNC Financial Services Group. We sat down with her to discuss her career transition and experience with Kelleher Associates.

Andy Cvitanov is Managing Director for The Beekman Group, a newly formed private equity firm. Andy was achieving considerable success as Chief Executive Officer of an independent subsidiary of a Fortune 100 company when he decided to change his career. He chose Kelleher Associates to help guide him through the transition.

Bob Pearson is currently the General Manager of Human Resources at Princeton University. As an experienced career coach himself, he knew he needed a supportive partner who could expand his professional network when he began his own search. Kelleher Associates was his partner and Ed Kelleher was his coach.

Shari Anisman came to a crossroads in her life and wanted a new career challenge. After taking some time off to spend with family, she approached Kelleher’s team of experts. Within months she landed a job at Nobel Learning Communities, Inc. in its marketing department and is responsible for developing marketing strategies from scratch including brand positioning, communication strategies, and target market development.

After making an executive decision to leave her last company Jane Siegel sought help finding an opportunity that complemented her many years of management experience and upper-level expectations. She turned to Kelleher Associates, Inc. and secured a position with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in their Organizational Development and Talent Management department.

Jason Coyle is currently a District Manager with Aramark. After organizational realignment at his old company, Jason took a step back to re-evaluate his next career move. He was looking to make a shift away from the small business environment into a public company and needed to reposition himself in the marketplace.

Tammy Beil approached Kelleher with a mission. She was ready to make a career step up the corporate ladder from Director to Vice President. After working with the team to highlight her experience she accepted a position with Fed Ex Freight as the Vice President of Marketing, responsible for strategic formulation, tactical planning and execution.

Bob DiBetta is currently the Vice President of Customer Service for General Fiber Communications, Inc., in Conshohocken, PA. Bob approached Kelleher Associates in May of 2003 looking to reposition himself in the marketplace and rebuild a resume that was nearly 20 years old.

John Nickolas is a senior financial and operations executive, who experienced considerable success growing technology-oriented companies. He recently made the decision to change his career, and found a position in the front office of a Major League Baseball club. We spoke with John shortly before he and his colleagues were moving their offices from the old Veterans Stadium in Philadelphia to the new Citizens Bank Park, the new home of the Philadelphia Phillies.

Terry Kelly recently experienced multiple of unique career transitions. He retired from a position as a Human Resources executive with a large corporation, took a temporary management position where he coordinated the closure of a manufacturing plant, and then assumed a leadership position at an international non-profit organization. We spoke with Terry Kelley as his temporary management position was ending, and he was getting ready to start his newest position as the Chief Operating Officer of Carelift International.
