Administrative Manager
Marcella K. Carter, Administrative Manager, has broad business and office management experience, including more than 20 years in the career management industry.
Her responsibilities include operations, business and project management, supervision of client support services, research and marketing assistance. Marcella liaises with corporate customers, individual clients and internally, with the President/CEO Mitch Wienick, Kelleher marketing executives and career consultants. Her organizational skills and industry knowledge ensure professional servicing of client relationships and successful project and program implementation.
Prior to joining Kelleher Associates, Marcella served as Administrative Manager at Millard Consulting Services, a regional outplacement firm, and as Manager of Administration, Philadelphia Region, Right Associates, an international outplacement firm.
Marcella and her team of professional administrators, Karen Tierney, Liz Grout, Lisa Layton and Dee Vandegrift provide high-level administrative support to the Principals of the firm and clients in transition.
