Anne Robson is a well respected senior business executive who has successfully established and nurtured professional relationships with business leaders across the United States.  Anne has extensive experience in consulting, sales, marketing and business development coupled with a working appreciation of the value of business management, strategic relationships, and talent development.

At Kelleher Associates, Anne is responsible for business development and performance and business coaching for senior executives and corporate officers as well as counseling executives in transition.  Anne's executive coaching practice centers on executives in the areas of:

• Business strategy    • Interpersonal relationships
• Onboarding and executive assimilation  • Organizational structure and dynamics

Most recently Anne was Director of Strategic Alliances and Planning for McKesson Health Solutions,
part of a $100+ billion health management solutions company.  While there, Anne built and leveraged enduring business partner relationships.

Prior to working at McKesson, Anne held senior executive positions in marketing, strategic planning
and business development at Ernst & Young, LLC, a $25 billion firm that provides a range of services including consulting, accounting, tax reporting and operations, business risk services, transaction advisory, and human capital services.

Anne started her career at the Eastman Kodak Company, a company with one of the world's most recognized brand names.  While at Kodak, Anne held a number of Sales and Marketing leadership positions, including three years of international experience in Europe.  Anne's last position at Eastman
Kodak was Executive Director of the Kodak Healthcare Business Services consulting organization.

A native of Rochester, NY, Anne holds an undergraduate degree from Lafayette College and is a graduate of the University of Michigan's Executive Development Program.  Anne has served on the Boards of Directors of the Junior League, the Delaware Valley Cystic Fibrosis Association, the Association for the Blind, and the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group (GPSEG).  Anne currently serves on the Advisory Councils of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association and Community Health Charities. She is active in the Forum of Executive Women (FOEW), Philadelphia Society of People & Strategy (PSPS), the GPSEG Leadership Group, the Alliance of Women Entrepreneurs, and the Women's Initiative of the United Way.
