Sandra Ford, Executive Vice President and Senior Partner, consults with executives and senior managers in career transition, and coaches them in performance improvement, team building and interpersonal skills. With firsthand experience in the retained executive search business and recruitment industry, clients benefit from her unique perspective on conducting an effective job search campaign.

Prior to joining Kelleher, Sandra was CEO and Founder of The Ford Group, Inc., a national "boutique" executive search and consulting firm. Sandra's clients included: Ford Motor Company, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Dell Computer, Johnson & Johnson, Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Ernst & Young/CapGemini, MCI Communications/Verizon Communications and The Principal Financial Group. The Ford Group consistently delivered outstanding client results through her leadership and passionate commitment to excellence. Earlier in her career, Sandra was a Principal with Korn/Ferry International, Senior Manager at KPMG, and Human Resources Consultant for Hay Management Consultants in their specialized variable compensation practice. Sandra began her career with KPMG on the accounting services side as an auditor and CPA.

With an educational background in organizational dynamics, business and accounting, Sandra's consulting engagements have included strategic and business planning; organizational development and effectiveness; financial systems, information technology and human resources improvement. Sandra earned her Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics degree from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with highest honors, and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (accounting emphasis) degree from Penn State University, graduating magna cum laude. She is a Certified Public Accountant with an active license in Pennsylvania and is a member of both PICPA and AICPA. She is also involved in various alumni organizations for Penn and Penn State, and has served on a number of Nonprofit and Community Boards.
