A critical element in the job search process is networking, also known as contact development.

At Kelleher Associates we foster networking activity not only in our executive coaching and career counseling process, but by also providing in-house networking experiences for our clients on a regular basis. These Client Meetings allow our clients to come together on an informal basis to share information about their professional experiences and career objectives, drawing on their career diversity to assist each other. The meetings, held on a rotating basis by our consultants, covers personal positioning and communication skills and discusses topics of mutual interest.

Kelleher Associates facilitates a monthly ExecuNet Networking Meeting for executives in career transition or anticipating a change in their employment status.  As host to ExecuNet members and non-members, we provide a forum for robust networking as well as providing timely and topical special guest speakers.  Recent topics have included: "10 Tips to Accelerate your Job Search”, “Using Smart Sales Techniques in Career Transitions”, “Resilience and Your Job Search”, and “Bridging the Generation Gap in the Workplace”. The Senior Roundtable at ExecuNet is geared to those executives who wish to engage in a more intimate networking experience with their peers.  These monthly sessions are facilitated by our principals and attendance is limited to 25 registrants. This is a unique forum for senior executives to exchange leads, ideas, and experiences in a controlled, discreet environment.  To facilitate the networking process we distribute participants’ professional profiles at the meeting.
