The team at Kelleher Associates, Inc. is proud to share a number of exciting recent developments:

  • The addition of Mitch Wienick to the team as a Partner. Mitch brings both extensive experience and outstanding personal qualities to Kelleher Associates. He is responsible for business development, as well as counseling executives in transition, and executive coaching and leadership team development. Mitch was the President and CEO of CDI Corporation (NYSE: CDI), a multi-national provider of customized staffing, search and outsourcing services.
  • Lee Curry joins Kelleher Associates, Inc. with more than 18 years experience in the career transition field having worked for the Hay Group, Executive Assets, Millard Consulting Services and Manchester Inc. His expertise is coaching and counseling senior executives through transition. Prior to his work in the outplacement field, Lee was a career Naval aviation officer, graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy.
  • The team at Kelleher Associates continues to broaden our service offerings by establishing affiliations with other accomplished professionals in the region.
    These include: Dr. Lee Ginsburg, an experienced, business-oriented industrial psychologist; Rick Anthony, a well-known human resource consultant and founder of The Solutions Network; Stanley Schmuckler, an expert human resources executive in the region and a board member of the Society of Human Resource Managers; and Debra Kryzwicki, a well-respected senior operations manager and executive coach. These partnerships enable us to offer senior management assessment, executive coaching, team building and succession planning services to our customers.
  • The launch of our new website, www.Kelleher AssociatesInc.com. Our expanded presence on the internet gives the company substantial new capabilities, and provides our customers with an easy-to-access and continually evolving resource. In addition to providing potential customers and clients information about the firm, the Kelleher Associates website establishes valuable links to employment resources and creates a unique online community for alumni of Kelleher Associates and our affiliated partners.
  • We continue to facilitate and host meetings for ExecuNet members in the tri-state region. For the third consecutive year, we've hosted 12 monthly meetings and extended support to hundreds of professionals and executives. Among our guest speakers this past year have been Tony Lee, Editor of the Wall Street Journal's Career Journal Online; noted futurist Professor Art Shostak; and the former head of the Leadership Development Center at Ford Motor Company, Stew Friedman. Over the past several months, we've augmented the general ExecuNet meeting with Senior Roundtable forums for 'C-level' participants.
  • We are delighted that Doug Conant, the CEO of Campbell Soup, is scheduled to speak at our September meeting (9-19-02).
  • On an equally timely basis, on Saturday, September 28, from 8:45 a.m. to 12:00 noon, Mitch Wienick will be one of the special guest speakers and panelists when the Wharton Club of Philadelphia presents the first of three Career Development Seminars for 2002-2003. The theme of these seminars is: Business is Our Business; Managing Your Career is Your Business - A Lifetime Pursuit. This first seminar and panel discussion will be held in the Wharton School's new Jon M. Huntsman Hall and will focus on the ins and outs of career management--new approaches and tools.
  • Mitch and I now host a weekly radio show, Career Matters, which addresses issues critical to executives in transition or contemplating a career or job change. Tune in every Friday, 4:30 - 5:00 p.m., WNWR 1540 AM on your dial. The show is also broadcast live on the internet www.WNWR.com.
  • Early in 2002 we moved to new headquarters in Four Glenhardie Corporate Center in Wayne, PA.. Our new office reflects on the growth of the firm and provides upgrades to systems and space to enhance client support.
